The following Terms & Conditions are expected to be followed by clients / passengers taking the Services offered by Cabrizone for the hiring of cabs as amended from time to time
- The customer shall pay the cab fare (as agreed and mentioned), parking charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable) and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the taxi Services.
- The customer agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by the Cabrizone is at the sole risk of the Customer, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- You should always disclose the type of travel, such as family Trips, friends trips, student groups, etc.
- You shouldn’t take any initiative based upon information on the Website until you have received any confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our website.
- You must return vehicle to Cabrizone with same fuel quantity as was provided. In the event user does not provide the fuel as has been mentioned, Cabrizone shall have the right to charge the User for the deficit quantity of the fuel.
- Cab charges are subject to revision at any time at Cabrizone’s sole discretion. The User shall get intimated the revised charges at the time of booking the payment.
- Cabrizone shall in all such cases endeavour to inform the client about such cancellation together with reasons thereof at the earliest.
- In an event wherein cancellation is done by Cabrizone due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide you with an alternate vehicle from the list of available vehicles at that given point of time.
Drivers
Drivers in our company work as independent contractors. They have some rules and regulations to follow:
- Should welcome customers with greetings Should serve them by handling their luggage.
- Air Conditioning facility must be provided to all customers unless customer requests to switch off.
- Customers who are elders, children or handicaps should treat them with equal respect. It is mandatory and social responsibility of a chauffeur.
- Should not indulge in any quarrels with any customers.
- Should wear black shoes whenever in duty.
- Should never get into sleep during duty hours.
- Should be in uniform either in login or logout No excuses are allowed for the uniform. uniform must be neat & clean.
- Chauffeurs shouldn’t consume Alcohol, Pan Masala, Gutka or any other drugs during on duty.
- Driver should be neat and clean i.e., with decent haircut, clean shave.
- Daily baths, brushing, Short nails etc.
- Should follow all traffic rules such as wearing seat belts, Following speed limits, traffic signals, No cell phone usages during rides, Overtaking rules, Parking Rules etc.
- Should maintain documents as per RTO norms under validity.
- As per our privacy policy it is strictly prohibited to save or share the contact details of the customers to any external business or own use.
- It is offensive to take photography and videography inside the cab using mobile/hidden cameras during business hours.
- Vehicle owners should be responsible for vehicle and driver maintenance and should adhere to all RTO norms.
- You must make sure all the vehicle (RC, Permit and Insurance) and chauffeur documents (Badge and License) are under validity and renew before expiry.
- Vehicles attached to us should only bear our brand stickers per current procedure)-other unwanted stickers are not allowed.
- Vehicles attached with us should be painted with ---- colour on the roof (to show our brand uniqueness) and the same to be changed to white colour while Detach.
- You should make sure that each new chauffeurs you appoint undergo a training (Monday Wednesday and Friday) in our office and get their Identification number to login your cabs.
- Acting drivers are strictly prohibited as the chauffeur photo will be shared with every customer.
- When you use your vehicle (with cabrizone stickers) even for your own purpose you must make sure chauffeur is in cabrizone uniform.
- Recording all trip details in the trips sheet is mandatory as per Indian Transport Act.
- Any leasing or selling of your vehicle need to be intimated well in advance with the vendor team.
- Any accidents or legal filings against the cab will be your responsibility
- Any changes in customer tariffs is sole rights of EFS.
- Any trip cancellations with any reasons is not acceptable and penalised.
- You should make sure the vehicle & chauffeur is clean and tidy before they start their day.
- Vendors are suggested not to entertain daily, weekly or percentage based commission to Chauffeurs.
- You can make a note of their FUEL and meter readings and make chauffeurs to write trip sheets.
- The Chauffeur has the right to deny the pick-up or instruct the client to step off the cab if the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state or is found misbehaving with other passengers or the chauffeur, or is causing a nuisance.
- We do not allow to throw litter in the cab.
- Our company do not permit any pets inside the vehicle.
- Misusing, soiling or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) in the cab is also not acceptable.
- A passenger cannot ask the chauffeur to break any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose (especially reaching the destination earlier). The driver has the right to refuse such a request by the customer. The chauffeur also has the right to refuse such a pick-up or ask such customer(s) to get off the cab.
